Always the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday closest to May 17th and held as part of the Stoughton, WI Syttende Mai Celebration (May 17th - Norway's Constitution Day). During this exhibition, there is a competition for categories from beginner to professional painters. Pieces are judged and some are sold during this competition. Vesterheim Gold Medalists also display and sell their work. Many other rosemalers bring their art to sell as part of this event.
